Interact with the targets API.

The subcommands are as follows:

list

List the current targets.

add

Add a new target with the given URL & target repo.

remove

Remove a target that matches the given id.

info

Show detailed information for the target matching the id.

edit

Edit the target that matches the given id.

build

Build the target with the given id & publish it.
